Job Description

We are working with a leading global carrier with Global Network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a Oracle IT Finance Manager to join their Singapore Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as a bridge between implementation partners/consultants vs users and to onboard targeted entity to Global Finance System (GFS)
• Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.
• Act as subject matter expert to analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
• Perform feasibility study to ascertain area of automation and recommend alternate solutions where automation is not possible.
• Lead in system design and develop / oversee development of functionality according to the agreed user specifications.
• Review and work closely with end users on data migration activity (Data extraction, verification, data cleansing, reconciliation).
• Outline functional testing scenarios, validate test scripts and participate in unit and system integration tests.
• Manage the Testing phases, including Planning, Execution of the Testingphases.
• Manage the defect resolution process, including Conducting Triage meetings and Status reporting to the Project manager.
• Manage end user training and involve in user testing.
• Handle administrative tasks for project manager, this includes:
• Monitor project timeline, activities
• Co-ordinate activities and deliverables
• Schedule meetings
• Actively follow up on deliverables such as user requirement, migration data
• Assist with data migration activities, including guiding agents on data preparation, chart of account mapping, data quality review, data migration reconciliation.
• Escalate issues, provide solutions where possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Degree in IT or equivalent with at least 2 years of development experience
• Financial Accounting knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, Attention to details
• Ability to multi-tasks, handle high data volume.
