RESPONSIBILITIES Execute order processing, delivery and returns of customers orders across e-commerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Brand store and etc.) Handle returns and exchanges Respond to post sales from Lazada, Shopee and Brand stores claims and disputes Manage service quality and customer satisfaction Work with logistic team to ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time. Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information are accurate on the platforms Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns Administrative work: submission of budget purchase requisition and invoice to finance department/Update and maintain Ecommerce marketing budget Any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS Polytechnic Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent, preferred Min. 1 year experience in E-Commerce Operations, Warehousing and related functions Proficient in MS-Excel and SAP is an advantage Organized, meticulous, assertive and good numerical skills All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
