Operate and manage the whole process of Order Fulfilment system
Prepare Delivery Note and Collection Note
Tracking on Ishop refund and cancellation report
Monitor of stocks movement
Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Update Google tracker list to Merchandising Department on the stocks
To ensure that Security Tamper Evident Bag is utilised and monitored with great accuracy and of high security

Requirements

Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
2 -3 years of related work experience in Beauty, FMCG or customer service industry
Passionate in Beauty Products
Strong customer focus mindset with a willing to learn attitude
Good initiative, dependable, and team player
Willing to commit retail operational hours in Changi Airport
Good interpersonal & communication skills with pleasant disposition

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month Benefits:
