Order Fulfilment Coordinator/ Specialist Location: Jurong East 5 days work, 8am - 5.30pm Provide support to the Customer Service function in the areas of planning, purchasing and commercial for Si Order Fulfilment Coordinator/ Specialist Location: Jurong East 5 days work, 8am - 5.30pm Provide support to the Customer Service function in the areas of planning, purchasing and commercial for Singapore manufacturing sites. As part of the job requirement, this Role will prepare and maintain a commercial data base inclusive of standard cost, development costs, development time cycles and order delivery time cycles as necessary to support planning, delivery and commercial performance. Liaise with customers and participate in quote and order review meetings Assist to provide projected / budgetary costing in line with customer quote requirements, including special requirements e.g. high nickel alloy tools, elastomers and commensurate traceability level Prepare, develop and maintain commercial data base inclusive of standard cost, development costs, development time cycles and order delivery time cycles to support effective planning, delivery and commercial performance Ensure regional order placement is carried out via JDE, after initial contract review process has been completed. Drive the order commit process, coordinate open sales orders and report order status and delivery expectations to regional and Geo-zone representative. Costing exercises will be required on all manufacturing orders. This will involve in-depth analysis of work orders post manufacture to ensure the correct machining routes and processes are being applied Work with Planning team to identify variances on routings/BOMS's during post order wash-ups shall be addressed to ensure cost effective manufacture that satisfies a standard cost structure Ensure that all quoting and procurement activities are executed utilising MRP and expedite completed ensuring best price, delivery and quality to achieve Sales Order on time delivery of 95% minimum Ensure all data and item branch parameters within the system are current and accurate supporting MRP driven order management. Open Order status/Expedite reporting shall be completed on a weekly basis for all open purchase orders and any vendor delays shall be communicated to production management Perform all activities in accordance with company QHSSE policies and procedures ensuring safe working attitude and clear communication of quality requirements to suppliers. Ensure only Corporate Approved vendors are used for sourcing procured items When required source and procure non-stock items essential to the day to day running of the business Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure all orders are invoiced efficiently. Job Requirement: Diploma/Degree Holder 0 to 3 years working experience in a Commerical role be it customer service or order fulfilment Hands on experience working in an engineering/industrial environment Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Word and Outlook. Microsoft words, Excel work sheet, Understand and interpret mechanical drawing and designing. Location: Jurong East Company bus pick-up at Clementi, Jurong East & West Coast 5 days work, 8am - 5pm
