Job Description


As a Customer Service Officer you will be interacting directly with our customers and be the Voice Of the Customer within Frosts & Quix and manage the sales order process through to shipment.

Work location: Ubi

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues to Line Managers or Sales Manager where appropriate.
  • Actively work with the customer care team on customer relationship and delivering superior customer experience.
  • Day to day communication and collaboration with customers, operations and sales.
  • Prepare Invoices, Logistics Packing Sheets, Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes.
  • Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships. Proactively collect and act on Customer Feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Equivalent
  • Good command of English and one other language
Experience with Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage

Note: Salary commensurate with your experience. It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge in the food industry .
