Our Client is a leader in the field of non-invasive ultrasonic flow measurement with ultrasound. Their clamp-on ultrasonic measurement systems measure virtually anything that flows, liquids as well as gases. Their products meet the highest requirements of industrial production, namely the highest level of safety for people and the environment on the one hand and the highest level of plant availability on the other. Our Client's products also have non-invasive measuring technology with SIL certification. Currently they have a vacancy in the Singapore office for a Order Handling person.

5 day work week. Office near to Jurong East MRT.

Your tasks: In this task, you will be responsible for the commercial support of customer projects and assume an interface position between sales and production.

• Order entry and tracking in the ERP system.

• Preparation of order-related documents.

• Preparation of couriers and freight for delivery of orders.

• Customer communication in English.

• Examination of customer documents (letters of credit, bank citizenship, etc.)

• Commercial examination of questions and orders.

• Support of the Project Handling department in the commercial evaluation of project requests and orders.
  

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the commercial handling of customer projects.

• Experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

• Good knowledge of English.

• High communication and team skills.

• Consistent, goal-oriented way of working and organizational skills.
