Job Description


Principle Responsibilities: -

  • Manage the order taking procedure and support logistics coordination, communicating with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and the importers (clients) for all export matters.
  • Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation process for international shipments.
  • Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements.
  • Monitor and update shipment status to the importers (clients).
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:-
  • Diploma in Logistics or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry.
  • Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit.
  • Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP.
  • Possess strong communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in musical instruments and/or audio products is an advantage
