Job Description

Position Title: Order Processing Administrator
Location: Geylang Bahru
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days (ALT SAT)
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pmAdmin

• Prepare customer quotations
• Fulfilling orders
• Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.
• Responsible to manage customers\' orders and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.
• Data entry
• Manage sales hotline and follow up on all customer and other sales enquiries
• And other admin matters as assigned by Supervisor

Prerequisites

• On job training provided.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience in related Food wholesale trade will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office applications
