Order Processing Coordinator

Location: Pasir Panjang/Pandan Crescent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: up to $3,200 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handling orders from customers and processing documentations
- Preparation of invoices and delivery orders
- Liaise with customers, warehouse and office team
- Handle all communication with customer queries, complaints and warehouses
- Handle incoming inventory
- Preparation of orders for same day collections
- Cycle count
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse administration or order fulfilment support.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
