The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury retail industry (principal brand) and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as an Order Processing Coordinator. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the successful candidate will manage POs and tracks deliveries, ensuring smooth order processing from placement to receipt.

• Work days/hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, hybrid work available
• Work location: Central Region
• Salary: Up to $3,700/month + VB

The Job:

• Issue POs to Service Providers and ensure accurate and timely updates and maintenance
• Monitor PO data flow within SAP system, identify and report any synchronization issues to IT for resolution
• Coordinate with logistics teams and Service Providers to resolve issues regarding ASN and inbound goods receipts
• Follow up with Service Providers and onsite teams on delivery change proposals, seeking clarification and providing instructions to capture the correct delivery change reason for approval
• Escalate and resolve urgent cases to prevent shipment delays
• Collaborate with global Operations team and Service Providers on order prioritization and ship mode to optimize delivery performance

The Talent:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline
• Prior experience in the 3PL industry and coordinating shipments with clients is highly advantageous
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) is a must
• Experience in using SAP system is an added advantage
• Strong communication and liaison skills to coordinate effectively with local and global stakeholders
