Job scope:
- Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents.
- Inform customers and sales teams of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Attend to customers\' complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Month end closing for purchase and sales.
- Manage stock inventory
- Arranging courier service & local delivery.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Location: Jurong East
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Minimum 2-3 years of order processing/ customer service/ supply chain coordination or related field.
