Job Description


  • Manage all incoming calls enquiry from internal and external customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete
information using right methods/ tools
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with Stakeholders with excellent communication skills
  • Meet individual and team targets and take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits with effective follow
up resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Manage in-house reporting systems, create and order tracking and fulfilment of delivered quantity
  • Consolidate daily counter sales collection
  • Responsible for scheduling and plan department manpower deployment and roster
  • Hands-on support for Order Processing Department and customer service operations
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior

Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and motivated towards self-directed learning
  • Familiarity with office PC software applications and Apps usage
