Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Order Processing Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central. Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling full process of order processing which include from order to cash
Responsible in checking stock availability / production lead time
Responsible in raising PO for purchasing
Responsible in handling logistics arrangement (send shipping instructions to forwarder, shipment booking)
Responsible in handling shipping docs check (L/C / BL / Form E)
Responsible in supporting on sales proposals, agreements, reporting and provide follow-up on customers\' product related enquires.
Responsible in working closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales strategy in order to achieve budgeted target.
Responsible in liaising with customers, factory, distribution center, demand and supply planner, finance, sales and marketing to expedite shipment and resolve any matters that may impede customer order management.
Responsible in monitoring and controlling budget for samples arrangement based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements for compliances
Responsible in handling on back order status with customers
Responsible in coordinating with customers and relevant parties on any order fulfilment issues and resolve with actions plans.
Responsible in liaising in cross functional improvement projects as and when required.
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree with Logistics Management/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain or any relevant field
Min 3 years working experience in order processing
Prior experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a bonus
Prior experience in LC and Shipping Documentations is a bonus
