What the role is:The Organisation Development (OD) team's goal is to enhance ISD's organisational health for strong and sustainable organisation performance. This enables ISD to fulfil its critical mission of keeping Singapore safe, secure and sovereign. We are a growing team operating in a transforming organisation. We work alongside our leaders in driving change and shaping ISD. We have the exciting opportunity to explore and chart OD's role and journey in ISD.What you will be working on:

• Design and deliver organisation diagnostics such as employee engagement surveys, to understand ISD's overall organisation health, strengths and opportunities for improvement Communicate insights and work with stakeholders to design and deliver interventions for enhancing ISD's effectiveness Design and run engagement platforms such as townhalls and dialogue sessions to communicate key messages, and enable leaders to connect with employees Design and implement initiatives to build a strong leadership core in ISD Develop a strategy and design interventions to inculcate and reinforce our core values for shaping ISD's culture Provide change management consultancy and engage stakeholders to facilitate transition and enhance change adoption Grow OD capability in ISD by developing the change capabilities of our internal OD community, key partners and stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• An interest to work in an Intelligence agency that has been keeping Singapore safe and sovereign for 75 years. A passion for creating healthy organisations through its people Experience in Organisation Development and related areas such as Organisational Psychology will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team player Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to explore and experiment Comfortable with thinking strategically on organisational issues, and working on implementation details Degree in relevant disciplines including but not limited to organisational psychology, management studies, behavioural science, human resource, sociology, communications, or equivalent competencies will be preferred Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

About MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD):The Internal Security Department (ISD) confronts and addresses threats to Singapore's internal security and stability. For over 75 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. At the heart of our work are the collection of intelligence that enables us to size up the threats to Singapore's internal security, and taking the executive actions necessary to overcome those threats. Every day, we collect and analyse intelligence, make impartial assessments, and take decisive action to counter the threats to Singapore's internal security and stability, and sovereignty.
