Job Description


What the role is:As an Organisational Psychologist in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will work closely with HQ divisions, external consultants and other Organisational Psychologists on a range of applied psychological and organisational development projects in areas such as employee selection, assessment, leadership development, innovation and transformation, organisational diagnostics and staff engagement.What you will be working on:

  • Partner with stakeholders in the development and implementation of leadership development and employee engagement programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop assessment tools and utilise appropriate psychological methods to aid in employee selection, assessment, placement and other related programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and conduct surveys, and analyse data and trends to evaluate organisational functioning and employee engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate policies and recommendations to enhance the provision of organisational development/ psychological services to the Ministry \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver various training programmes and workshops to support employee development \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage internal and external stakeholders on change management efforts, promote continuous improvement and facilitate the delivery of customer-centric services
What we are looking for:
  • Proficiency in performing statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong interest in data analytics and visualisation tools \xe2\x80\xa2 A self-driven and adaptable individual with a keen interest in learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as in teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, thinking and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in Psychology In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
