KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create sales orders based on received requests
Assure correctness and completeness of data in customer’s sales order
Coordinate process and follow-up the demand orders from the PMI markets and third-party customers
Ensure timely shipments in coordination with planning team and manufacturing centers
Ensure the reflection of products movements in SAP system in line with financial flows & market specificities
Monitor loading schedule and shipment plans update

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in Sales or Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance – related functions
Good analytical and research skills & ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent English communication skills to participate in international knowledge sharing and/or migrations
Should be able to communicate in any 1 of the languages: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Mandarin, Taiwanese
Proven skill in other Asian local language is definitely an asset

Work Setup: Hybrid Office Location: Makati, Metro Manila
