Job Description

In this role, you will sell cruise vacations, guided land tours, and travel insurance while providing an exceptional level of service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Sell through service and offer the best fit for our members, making sure that they are fully aware of the additional travel products we can fulfill, such as insurance,
flights, and hotel.
Make outbound calls
Identify the best margin opportunities
Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
Provide customer service to existing travel bookings
Creating, tracking & following up on all leads
Ensure that bookings are accurately completed
Build a book of business by following up with members. This is done by calling them after they have enjoyed their last cruise to work on booking their
next dream vacation, calling them on their cruise anniversary, letting them know about new cruise ships or routes, etc.
Achieve bi-weekly and monthly sales, customer service, and productivity goals.
Qualifications And Requirements
Strong outbound sales experience, minimum of six months
Must be proficient in English
1+ years of sales/call center experience
Passion for travel. You love talking about your travel experiences and listening to the experiences of others.
Experience in Cruise and or Travel and Hospitality preferred.
