In addition, should also have Experience of designing Itineraries, costing, booking hotels etc. related travel business with good Communication Skills. Professional skill we pay much attention to the application moral values & teamwork abilities.Roles & Responsibilities- Provide ticketing's, hotel reservations, VISA and travel advice- Issuing tickets/hotels/tours/transfers via online/offline company sources.- Preparation of travel related documents e.g., Ticket, vouchers- Liaising with clients, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements, selling Domestic/Outbound Tour Packages. Understanding Client's Package Requirements.- Prepare, plan and quote travel itineraries- Making and confirming bookings, issuing invoice- Handling travel insurance- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news- Creative thinking new business except for travel business- Other ad-hoc tasksJob Requirements: - At least 1 year of working experience in the related field- Knowledge and skill in Amadeus (GDS)- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening- Excellent customer service skills - Focus on quality and customer service- Able to work as a team player, also can handle multitasking- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred- Exceptional listening and analytical skills- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Attitude to actively challenge
