Palawan Beach - located on Sentosa Island in Singapore, is Shangri-La Group\xe2\x80\x99s first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precinct. Bringing colourful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting Shangri-la is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitality, Food & Beverage, and family experiences; designed to bring families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and bond together. Scheduled to open in March 2023, this iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. Join our heart-warming family to be part of the pioneering team members to bring this exciting development to life! We are looking for Outlet/Cafe Manager: As the Outlet Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in daily operation
- Manages Outlet or Cafe operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
- Set and maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in an Food & Beverage environment
- Leads by example
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
- Willing to work shifts
