Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness . Consistently review operations and staff's performance to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement . Provide training and coaching to staff, assess performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis . Achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet . Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget . Conduct monthly stock count for food & beverage, packaging, and all other stocks . Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers . Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The Management On job trainings will be given to the right candidate(s) Our ideal candidate should possess... . Have at least 2 years of experience working in the food-service industry in a supervisory role . Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays . Have a positive attitude Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit
