We recognize to prove \xe2\x80\x98Good Quality\xe2\x80\x99 of products is equal to \xe2\x80\x98Good Service\xe2\x80\x99 to our customers. In response to increased awareness of food safety and security in Singapore, we continue to strengthen our food safety and hygiene systems to guarantee our ongoing capability to provide products and services by putting on uppermost level of Japanese system to guarantee our ongoing capability that meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. We manage quality at all stages including the procurement of raw material, such as high quality of wheat flour from one of leading companies in the industry, as a trustworthy bakery manufacturer.As one of the leading companies in the bakery industry, we are making extensive efforts to contribute to the Singapore food industry, especially for bakery culture and development of innovative methods of bakery business in Singapore.Working Hours: Min. 8-10hrs per shift (Rotating shifts)

  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive working environment and team cohesion.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor customers\' feedback and implement improvements.
  • Recruiting, conducting training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Schedule shifts and manage employees workloads.
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct reguslar stock audits and manage stock discrepancies.
  • To perform cashiering function and manage opening/ closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions.
  • Track sales targets and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Singaporeans Only
  • Proven experience in a retail sales/ F&B environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
