Manage the location's inventory, food, labour and operating costs
Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage service, cleanliness of his / her respective outlet.
Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies and optimize profitability
Assist in the development and implementation of new food items and marketing programs
To suggest new improved ways to every aspect of the business operations, including food, service, staff image etc.
To optimize manpower with proper planning and allocation
Ensure high service standard and customer satisfaction
Staff recruitment and training
Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
Conduct / attend outlet meetings and training sessions as required
* Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
