JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for Outsource Network and Security Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our growth in the company. You will work closely with the IT Manager and demonstrate technical competency and deliver mission critical infrastructure to ensure the levels of availability, performance and security based on company needs. Candidate will be stationed at NTC Client’s premise and provide support for client’s IT administration and related support for users. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Operation Support Services (OSS) for servers, network switches, network firewall, routers, wireless access devices, SAN storage system, security systems and backup systems which includes troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution.

• Responsible of Network Ops & Security for the infrastructure

• Monitoring of the health status for the network equipment/(s) within the current IT environment.

• Conducting of daily management of network, communication, and security controls.

• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest and stable firmware version.

• Undertaking data network fault investigation and rectifications in local and wide area environment.

• Closely work with IT Head and GIT to ensure that network and security solution designs meet the requirements and best practice developed and applied.

• On-call 24 hours per day to respond to network and cyber security EMERGENCIES.

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 3-4 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup solution in Windows & Linux environment.
• Good Experience in Microsoft Server 2008/2012, Exchange Server, Office365.
• Good Experience in Virtualization, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Good Experience in AD Migration and System Troubleshooting.
• Good Experience in Email Migration and Troubleshooting.
• Good Experience in networking / perimeter network security / WAN connectivity.
• Good Experience in Cyber Security such as discovering vulnerabilities and risk in the environment, monitoring network data and ensuring hardware and software application are updated.
