Roles & Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities:

• Book-keeping and preparation of multiple sets of accounts in full but not limited to:
• Perform double entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as (sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance cost) in the accounting system
• Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables
• Preparation of relevant accounting schedule
• Have experience in or knowledge about compilation of statutory reports (Financial Statements and notes to the accounts)
• Assist in cash management and payment processing to clients
• Preparation and filing of GST for clients
• Required to be involved in the preparation of customised reporting packages based on client requirements
• Payroll processing activities such as:

• Computation of payroll details (Including calculation of OT, allowance etc.)
• Payroll disbursement
• Leave management
• Preparation of IR8A/E and IR21

• Provide guidance and support to Outsource Assistants
• Handle higher volume of work and more complex accounting jobs

• Min diploma in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Min 2 years of related work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Meticulous with good accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
