Key Responsibilities:

Design, monitor, and optimize manufacturing and automation processes. Lead process improvement initiatives for precision electronics assembly and testing. Analyze production data to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality. Troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions for production and equipment issues. Collaborate with operations, quality, and R&D teams to implement innovative automation solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience in manufacturing engineering, precision electronics, or automation preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial safety, quality standards, and process optimization. Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams
