Working Location: Shenzhen, China

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Proficiency with surface treatment technologies and processes for mechanical components, with a strong understanding of both surface finish and mechanical properties. Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional requirements, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances. Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques such as polishing, sandblasting, etching, and laser processing. Ability to design manufacturing processes for metal parts and mold components. Hands-on knowledge to adjust jigs and fixtures, modify equipment parameters, use measurement tools, and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet specifications
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of dimensional tolerance analysis and fundamental machining principles. Software Proficiency: Skilled in using 3D/2D CAD software (such as UG), as well as Microsoft Office. Data Skills: Proficient in data organization and analysis. Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities. Willingness for international business travel.
