As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the Regional MD and team on EA duties such as managing their meetings, arrangements and supporting in creating and preparing of documents and applications. Your role will also double up as a Office Manager.
Ideally with a minimum of 5 year of experience in construction projects preferably pharma or data centres.
You will require to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience supporting the C level stakeholders would be an added advantage.
Able to do simple Chinese to English translation from documents written in Chinese.
