Personal Assistant role (80%) to CIO & Co-founder. (20%) assisting Makrana COO
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to CIO and family
Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CIO and staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CIO,
Work closely with the CIO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Full spectrum of superior administrative and secretarial support to CIO various business To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Help with daily time management
Support various personal needs upon request
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letter
Visa applications, Passport renewals, ICA passes applications
Any Ad hoc duties
Requirements
Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
Proficiency with Microsoft
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives and funded partners.
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent judgment is essential.
Ability to switch gears at a moment\'s notice.
