About the team We are part of the Media Activation, Optimization & Data Science Team at HP and our responsibilities include planning, buying and maintaining programmatic, social and search platforms across Asia. HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP\xe2\x80\x99s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and effectiveness. About the role This role works in a team but takes the lead on launching and managing Paid Search campaigns on Google as well as onsite search on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia etc; keeps a close eye on budgets and bidding strategies and conducts frequent A/B testing to gather insights. You\xe2\x80\x99ll then proactively take measures to grow the performance and ROI of our accounts. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also work closely with Marketing stakeholders and consistently be seen as an expert to lean on. In this role, you will have a chance to

• Work closely with Marketing stakeholders, to translate media briefs into tactical plans maintaining alignment with media strategy and other media channels while making sure to drive the business forward through innovation.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid search buys using platforms including but not limited to; Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia.
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
• Support in the implementation of paid search best practice, with the goal of driving HP\xe2\x80\x99s business forward through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrate PowerPoint / Excel expertise and a strong ability to analyze data, make actionable recommendations through insightful reporting.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual who has:

• Working knowledge of marketplace activation platforms and experience with onsite search campaigns within top Marketplaces in Asia.
• Working knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360, DataStudio), comfortable at launching and optimizing campaigns at scale.
• 5+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment.
• Knowledge of paid search advertising workflow, measurement, optimization, and testing methods.
• Experience with Search research tools such as SimilarWeb, BrightEdge etc.
• Experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects at scale.
• Strong communication skills, is an innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
