Facilitating sign-on/off procedures and handling visa requirements
Arranging air and sea travel ticketing and accommodation
Organizing airport meet-ups and land transfers
Managing launch boat services and port transfers
Coordinating medical checkups for crew members
Port Logistics and Procurement:
Managing customs clearance for ship spares (including tax exemptions)
Coordinating supply boat services and delivery arrangements
Managing all ship requirements within or beyond port limits (specifically in Singapore)
Arranging fresh water supply and disposal of various categories of garbage
Overseeing crew sign-on and sign-off procedures in compliance with the latest Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) regulations
Coordinating with relevant authorities, agents, and internal teams to facilitate seamless crew changes
Verifying and consolidating personal details, documentation, and certifications, ensuring online authentication where required
Boarding Duties:
Assisting with loading supplies from small boats onto large customer vessels, which requires personal boarding
Qualifications:
5.5-day work week but expected to be on-call 24/7 (boarding duty allowance provided)
Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, be independent, mature, and a team player
Other Information:
Seasonal bonus (starting from the 2nd year)
Year-end 13th-month bonus (starting from the 2nd year)
Salary: 2-month probation at SGD 3000, then increased to SGD 3600 after probation
