About Our Client

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices around the globe. Due to continuing business needs, they are looking for a high calibre Paralegal to join their Banking & Finance practice in Singapore.

Supporting the Banking & Finance team, you will be providing a wide spectrum of legal assistance to a team of partners and associates, including drafting and reviewing agreements/security documents, and assisting in due diligence exercises and legal research. You will also be liaising with clients and service providers to meet business needs.

The Successful Applicant

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a corporate/finance paralegal in a legal environment and have an LLB or Diploma in Law. You are keen to learn, a team player, and able to provide timely legal support to the partners and associates.
