JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare draft loan agreements, facility letters, corporate authorities, confidentiality agreements and other transaction related documentation based on templates and precedents
• Analyse, summarise, consolidate, update and maintain database of precedents, template agreements and clauses and other know how
• Assist with general administration and management of workflow and ongoing projects and new businesses

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Bachelor of Laws or paralegal diploma or equivalent professional degree, diploma or certification
• Minimum 3 years of Legal experience/PQE in the banking sector (in-house bank experience or private practice with transactional banking and finance experience)
• Experience with preparing draft agreements based on templates or precedents is essential
• Highly organized, diligent and meticulous, with strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing and prioritising multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Professional level English writing and excellent communication skills
