Job Description
Founders Doc is a Southeast Asian legal-tech startup that provides legal support for fast-growing early-stage companies and ambitious founders between their pre-seed and Series C stages in Southeast Asia. With cutting-edge tools, Founders Doc aims to reimagine how lawyers support startups.
Paralegal [5 Day Incl. Weekend]
Working days [9am - 6pm]: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (can be discussed)
With the team, paralegals will be responsible for:
(1) drafting and proofreading legal documents and commercial contracts;(2) creating publications and materials to educate founders and early-stage companies on various legal processes startups go through; and(3) assisting with the growth of the company by assisting with website development, legal-tech products, and providing feedback and enhancements.
In your time with Founders Doc, we can provide you with a fast-paced and dynamic environment to learn and grow. You can expect to be exposed to the fast-growing startup scene in Southeast Asia as well as different aspects of corporate law.
