Job Description

s:

  • Due Diligence in the acquisition of properties;
a) Reviewing the Property Documents such as (TCT) Transfer Certificate Title or (OCT) Original Certificate Title or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT).
b) To evaluate and recommend to the Management additional legal documents that may be required from the LESSORS or Site Owners.
c) Verify compliance of the LESSORS or Site Owners of tax laws, including payment of property taxes and other registration payments, penalties and other charges and other tax delinquencies.
  • Undertake preparation and initial review of Contracts, Memorandum of Agreement and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with the Legal Department on all matters relating to site acquisition especially in the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Visit sites and attend meetings with LESSORS or Site Owners.
  • Reports to the Management and the Legal Department all matters involving operations
Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • With atleast 3 years work experience in Site Acquisition and review of property documents
  • Must be knowledgeable in settling property document issues
  • With excellent oral and written communications skills
  • With strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
  • Attention to details, reliable, hardworking and can work under pressure
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work Monday - Saturday
  • Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
