Because we look after our staff and we lead the way with innovative ideas, cutting-edge technologies and a customer-focused approach that can't be beaten.We're looking for an outstanding individual to join us on this exciting journey in Manila.What would you do?Due to strong growth with one of our existing legal partners in Australia, an exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and dynamic Part-time Paralegal & Litigation Support to join our team.This opportunity would suit those with an exceptional eye for detail and who can work to strict deadlines.The part-time Paralegal & Litigation Support will be responsible for:

• Ensure that our solicitors are supported in their paralegal workload
• Collate and organise material required for brief to barristers
• Preparing court books and court indexes where required
• Proof-reading legal documents & correspondence
• Reviewing discovery and material produced on subpoena
• Legal research
• Prep of draft submissions and legal papers
• Doing legal research on topical areas of the law that will be used for marketing material and purposes

• Facilitating after-hours client communication

• Reviewing emails of lawyers on leave and replying and or redirecting email enquiries during leave periods of employed lawyers

• Other ad hoc duties

What do you offer?

• Graduate of Law
• Previous experience as a paralegal or lawyer
• Preferable experience with an Australian law firm
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills are a must
• Accuracy and efficiency in a high volume environment
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines
• Must work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule if/when needed
• Must possess and maintain regular and punctual attendance
