PARALEGAL AGP Law LLC welcomes responsible, highly motivated and committed individuals to join our firm as Paralegal. Job scopes including but not limited to:

• Drafting of legal documents
• Assisting in the preparation of legal correspondence, letters and documents
• Preparing, formatting and reviewing documents for e-filing on eLitigation
• Conducting various Cause book and ACRA searches
• Assisting in notarising / commissioning of documents
• All other general legal and administration duties
• Manage calendar, coordinate and set-up meetings
• Preparation and setting up for zoom hearings

Requirements:

• With at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in providing administrative / secretarial support for lawyers including managing calendar, appointments and meeting, as well as handling incoming calls, emails, correspondences and confidential documents.
• Proficiency in e-litigation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate should have a law diploma with 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
