Core responsibilities
Data entry and record keeping:
Entering financial transactions, maintaining journals and ledgers, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Accounts payable/receivable:
Processing invoices, payments, and expense requests, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
Reconciliation:
Performing bank reconciliations and verifying account balances.
Filing and organisation:
Organising and filing financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
Anyone with basic accounting experience is welcome to submit their resume, including students.
