Job Description

Part-time Account Assistant

Working Hours:

1. 6 days per week, 4 hours per day (Total 24 hours per week)

2. 3 days per week, 8 hours per day (Total 24 hours per week)

Working Location: In person at our Kaki Bukit office

Core responsibilities

Data entry and record keeping:

Entering financial transactions, maintaining journals and ledgers, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Accounts payable/receivable:

Processing invoices, payments, and expense requests, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

Reconciliation:

Performing bank reconciliations and verifying account balances.

Filing and organisation:

Organising and filing financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
Anyone with basic accounting experience is welcome to submit their resume, including students.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
