Job Description

Part Time Admin Assistant for Insurance Agent, preferrable age 50 and above, but all are welcome. Working 3 days per week Knowledgable in Microsoft Excel and Words. General administrative duties including but not limited to input into insurer's portal, compiling monthly Statement of Accounts and Renewal Reports, sending chasers/follow-up emails, retrieve policies from insurer portal and emails and save in share drive, update Fastpro excel sheet, retrieve renewal notice from insurer portal, update claim status to worksheet as required, read customers what's App and list payment received and any general administrative duties as assigned.
