Manage accounts receivable/accounts payable in multi-currency environment
Control company budget and cash flow, monnitoring foreign exchange
Handle multiple-company account and ensure bank reconciliation are done timel
Generate timely report and ensure timely reporting
Able to handle third-party payment
Liaising with external party, bankers, accountant to ensure timely submission of documents
Prepare monthly financial accounts for multiple companies
Submission of GST and prepare payroll for the company
Ad-hoc admin duties required from time to time (preparing refinancing documents, grant application)
Requirements:
Able to start work
immediately or within short notice
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Experience in softwares such as Autocount and ERP an added advantage
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
PC literate with good knowledge in MS Office, proefficient in Excel
Possess positive working attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal skills, accountable and responsible attitude
Able to perform within tight deadlines, manage pressure & deliver results in a fast-paced environment & work in a team
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
