Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and office support
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and document filing
Maintain employee records (physical and digital)
Support office supplies management and simple vendor coordination
Assist in organising internal meetings, training, and company activities
Handle document preparation, filing, printing and basic data entry
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Basic administrative or HR support experience preferred
Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable with routine and miscellaneous office matters
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
Able to work independently and communicate clearly
