You are passionate about customer delight and satisfaction, and possess the ability to ensure clear, quality correspondence with clients
You have good problem-solving skills, and are able to perform under the pressure of managing questions, expectations and issuesEnforce safety measures according to government policies (i.e. SafeEntry check-in and check-out, mask requirement and safe distancing)Maintenance of studio assets (i.e. bike, reformers, amenities, consumable)Support the team with miscellaneous tasks that arise along the waySalesSales is almost second nature to you - you are able navigate sales processes and transactions smartly, and also able to spot opportunities to carry out an upsell
