The HR Assistant will support the HR team on day-to-day HR-related initiatives and general admin
Roles & Responsibilities
Provides HR and administration support as follows:
Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
Work with site coordinators to manage the general worker’s administration that will include work permits applications, renewals and cancellations as well as worker’s training, certifications, security bonds, etc
Liaise with 3rd party medical center, and service provider in worker medical administrations.
Actively involved in the new ERP system
Support in data entry for certain group levels in the new ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
Ensure up-to-date manpower headcounts and organization charts
Coordinate IT-related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
Any other office administrative matters
Job Qualification
Minimum Diploma qualifications
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Knowledge in ERP system data entry preferred
Other Requirements
People-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
Excellent team spirit
