Job Title Partnerships Manager

What does successful Partnerships Manager do at Fiserv?

The Partnerships Manager must be an accomplished contributor who possesses excellent knowledge and experience in pitching and managing integrations and commercial partnerships.

The candidate must be excited to manage an existing portfolio of partners and help manage the relationship with the partners to understand their needs and priorities and how we can enable their continued further growth and development.

Fiserv are in a rapid growth phase in new partner boarding so role will involve taking on account management of new partners after implementation and being accountable for executing against the deployment and scale up of partners.

This role will concentrate on partners across our core acquiring markets of Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia as well as management of partner banks across Philippines, Japan, China and South Korea.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver the operational and technical capabilities to grow our business with our partners and improve operational and reporting efficiency.

What you will do:

• Rapid scaling of new partnership relationships. Taking a mix of tactical and strategic approach to partners.
• Can do attitude and ability to work unsupervised and ability to manage and negotiate with senior executives of clients and internally with Fiserv.
• Ensure partnerships are profitable and sustainable for Fiserv.
• Assist the Head of Partnerships in managing and securing complex and regional partnerships
• Work across multiple countries and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes for Fiserv
• Work with partners to adopt the latest and newest technologies and enhancements Fiserv has to offer

What you will need to have:

• 5 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant experience in Partnerships Sales and Payments experience.
• Proven track record in managing partners, especially in the sales discipline and project leading through sales campaigns, account follow up and reporting
• Good understanding of Terminals, POS, Ecommerce and Scheme partnership models
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with different levels of stakeholders, coupled with the confidence to present to C-Suite audience
• Entrepreneurial and innovative, with the desire and capability to identify opportunities and develop new or alternative propositions for clients
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven while being open to assume responsibilities by stepping up
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin desirable
