You'll be working in the Asia-Pacific team based out of Singapore, managing various partners and expanding our networks to create impact at the individual, organization and societal level. In the process you will develop your skills* of operating in social, civic and people sectors and hone your *ability to work cross-culturally and be able to easily engage with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.This role is a full-time position based in Singapore (Home based) for* SG$48,000-SG$50,000* per annum.As Partnerships Manager you will:

  • Manage partner relationships in the business sector across the ASEAN region, ensuring purpose, impact and customer centricity at its heart
  • Write proposals to communicate accurately our learning proposition
  • Research a variety of directions, whether it's new partnerships or more efficient work methods to help us grow and develop our brand or developing deeper contextual understanding of the relevant themes such as sustainability, inclusion etc.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders (both internal & external) to ensure structuring of the partnership. Be the subject matter expert on design and driving Common Purpose thought leadership through our work
  • Support new opportunities to grow our partner base
  • Analyze our assessments/reports and provide insight to our impact
You bring this experience with you:
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office, CRM platforms and virtual collaboration tools
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience of implementing processes that support the achievement of business goals
  • Able and willing to travel to locations for short periods of time and at short notice
