We're looking for a highly driven, passionate and knowledgeable Manager, Partnerships (Singapore) to join our local advertising & partnerships team in Singapore. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can help to grow our dedicated advertising pillar, then this may be the place for you! Reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships, this is a really exciting and challenging role.

  • Establish relationships with potential advertisers across industries in better understanding their larger business objectives and challenges.
  • Understand and solve customer problems and influence partner budget planning.
  • Accountable for contributing to the non-commission revenue agenda significantly (eg. panda ads and paid marketing initiatives)
  • Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders eg product team, finance, legal, customer service for campaign launch and project implementation
  • You'll work cross-functionally with the marketing & product team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the key marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data collection to review and analyze performance of each ad campaign and advise opportunities for improvements & further developments.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns with a focus on helping the partners to achieve their KPIs while at the same time achieving the partnerships' team KPI.
  • You will also develop forecasts, evaluate appropriate budget levels, and measure results each campaign

  • 4-6 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
  • A confident leader, with a proven track record of building & nurturing teams
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
  • Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to diffuse conflict & get the best out of people.
  • Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills (love of data is a plus!)
