• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with merchants that align with our business goals and enhance our value proposition. - Collaborate with existing strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-selling opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and ensure alignment with our loyalty goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners to ensure mutual success and maximize program performance.
• Oversee the rollout of partnership programs, ensuring they are effectively integrated with partner offerings and deliver a positive experience for both merchants and customers.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales to integrate partner offerings and promotions effectively.
• Track and analyse the performance of merchant partnerships, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform loyalty program enhancements and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in loyalty program management, partnership development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing merchant partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
