Partnerships & Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation and drive strategic partnership discussions.
- Work with partners to develop & execute joint marketing plans & events based on market trends and competitors.
- Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with partners.
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement & execute marketing efforts and collaterals - onsite events, social media videos / post creations
- Develop and manage VIP / brand ambassador program
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or business management discipline
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong networking and account management capabilities with proven track records.
- Lead external efforts in growth marketing to drive new customer acquisitions and retention
- Manage the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance in key results aligned with companies\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
- Maintain, retain, and explore successful business partnerships with strategic partners
- Proactive, analytical & detail oriented. Eloquent with good verbal and written communication skills, mandarin speaking is a plus
- Possess strong collaboration initiatives, active listening and problem solving skills
