Our client is an established organization in the automotive industry. They provide exceptional customer service, reliable sales and aftersales support for their customers and has a gained several awards as a testament to their notable success. They are currently seeking for talents to join their expansion plan as a Parts Admin where the incumbent will be overseeing customer service and satisfaction. Job Details:
  • Working days: Monday - Fri (Alt. Saturday)
  • Working hours: Mond - Thurs - 8:30am - 6pm / Friday - 8:30am - 5.30pm / Alt. Sat - 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Location: West
  • Up to $2,800
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for attending and satisfy customer enquires to customers over the phone
  • Be the main point of contact between customers and technicians
  • Ensure accurate orders and products in the form before delivery
Requirements:
  • Candidates in automotive or similiar industries are highly advantageous
  • Ability to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments
