Parts Supply & Logistics Manager

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and manages the company's overall spare parts supply chain and logistics operations.
- Develops and implements cost-effective strategies to maximize process efficiency and maintain positive profit margins.
- Prepares accurate inventory demand forecast and ensures timely delivery to customers.
- Maintains efficient collaboration and coordination with suppliers, external logistics providers, sales operations, customer relations, and parts procurement.
- Leads a team of diverse individuals and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
- With BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Management or related course.
- With at least 6 years of experience in logistics and parts supply chain; similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- With at least 3 years of leadership experience and an exceptional degree of resourcefulness.
- Demonstrates strong business ethics and sense of urgency.
- Results-driven with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
