Oversees and manages the company's overall spare parts supply chain and logistics operations.
Develops and implements cost-effective strategies to maximize process efficiency and maintain positive profit margins.
Prepares accurate inventory demand forecast and ensures timely delivery to customers.
Maintains efficient collaboration and coordination with suppliers, external logistics providers, sales operations, customer relations, and parts procurement.
Leads a team of diverse individuals and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
QUALIFICATIONS
With BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Management or related course.
With at least 6 years of experience in logistics and parts supply chain; similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
With at least 3 years of leadership experience and an exceptional degree of resourcefulness.
Demonstrates strong business ethics and sense of urgency.
Results-driven with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
