Our client is a multinational corporation based in Germany that specializes in manufacturing machinery. They have a strong global presence and hold a substantial market share in important international markets. They are currently looking to hire individuals for their expansion initiative in the role of Senior Parts Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Job Details:

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Location: Central
• Bonus: AWS + VB + Employee\'s benefit

Responsibilities:

• Handling quotation and follow-up processes until invoicing
• Managing purchase order requisitions, ensuring accurate three-way matching and updating supplier invoices, coordinating shipments and addressing any discrepancies, packing spare part orders, and preparing shipping documents.
• Packing of spare parts

Talents:

• Preferably 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics coordination
